Questions to ask OUTsurance

Which plans can my pet join, given its species, breed and age?
What is the annual limit, and are there limits per condition or per claim?
What is the excess, and is it a flat amount or a percentage?
Which waiting periods apply to illness, hereditary or orthopaedic conditions, and dental treatment?
How are pre-existing conditions defined, and is anything covered?
Do I pay the vet and claim back, or can the insurer pay the vet? How long do claims usually take?
How and when can premiums change, including after a claim?
